1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to clearly define unacceptable behaviours and reinforce our commitment to dignity, respect, and safety for everyone who interacts with our business.

2. Scope

3. Zero Tolerance Standards

a. Harassment & Bullying

  • Any form of harassment, intimidation, or bullying—whether verbal, physical, or written—is strictly prohibited.

b. Discrimination

  • Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any protected characteristic will not be tolerated.

c. Abuse or Aggressive Behaviour

  • Abusive language, threats, aggression, or violence toward employees, customers, or any individual associated with the company is unacceptable.

d. Sexual Harassment or Misconduct

  • Unwanted sexual advances, inappropriate comments, or any form of sexual misconduct are strictly prohibited.

e. Unsafe or Threatening Conduct

  • Any behaviour that creates an unsafe, hostile, or intimidating environment will result in immediate action.

f. Fraudulent or Dishonest Behaviour

  • Dishonesty, theft, fraud, or misrepresentation in any business interaction is not permitted.

4. Expectations for Employees

  • Treat all colleagues, customers, and partners with respect and professionalism
  • Follow company policies and legal requirements
  • Report any concerns or violations promptly
  • Help maintain a safe and inclusive workplace

Failure to meet these expectations may result in disciplinary action, including termination.

5. Expectations for Customers & Visitors

  • Treat staff and others with respect
  • Refrain from abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour
  • Follow any reasonable instructions from staff

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove individuals from premises, or terminate business relationships where this policy is violated.

6. Reporting & Complaints

All reports will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and handled as confidentially as possible.

7. Enforcement

  • Disciplinary action (up to and including dismissal for employees)
  • Removal from premises
  • Termination of contracts or services
  • Legal action or reporting to authorities where appropriate
